Yes, you can do the lift pump without retuning, no problems there. I would either get Airdog or Fass. Seems like half of people like one brand, and half of people like the other brand. I think they are both good.

You can also do a PCV reroute, LBZ mouthpiece, and a race plug

Yeah I def plan on doing the mouth piece and pcv reroute . My question is will the lbz mouthpiece for my banks intake ? And what's a race plug ?

The race plug is for the FPRV to keep you from losing rail pressure. Most people use a LBZ mouthpiece and a LBZ cold air intake and retune the MAF to make it run right. You might be able to use something like the AFE mouthpiece and keep your current cold air intake.

So a lift pump mouth piece and the race plug do u think I'd feel a significant gain

I 2nd saving for a built trans, youl need it sooner than later and its the 2nd most expensive upgrade for your truck while you own it (1st most expensive is the motor build)

You will absolutely want a lift pump and race plug to go along with the built trans so what order you do them it really doesn't matter. They work together as a team.

I can gather all the smaller priced items but like someone mentioned above the teams is pricey . Well worth it imo tho

The only way to get more power is built trans. But there has to be supporting mods to go with it.
