I expect my truck to produce smoke in race tune. At least my lb7 does I was wondering if this could be a problem and what should I do. Any help would be great! Thanks

You stated in the first post "at least my lb7 does" mine does not smoke on my hottest tune.
If you want smoke that shouldnt be mentioned here. You can make it smoke with tuning but why.
What makes it confusing is the thread is labeled whats egr, but the question was about tuning and smoke.

Mine smokes like a train on my hottest tune...well on spoolup anyways. Guess that's what happens with an s480 single.
You're adding fuel, so you're adding particles/soot...I would worry less about the actual EGR cooler and more about what makes it into the rest of the intake system.
I need more stall. I can get the smoke down to a haze by rescaling the maf but then spool suffers big time.
