What's different between a 1500 and a HD model that some custom speaker boxes won't fit behind the seat in a 99-06 crew cab?

Anyone??? Just wondering...was looking around last night and noticed there was alot that said they would fit 1/2 tons and not HDs.

There is no difference as far as I know. I'll check with a guy I know who will know for sure tomorrow and let you know.

Difference between crew and extended cab?

All 99-06 crew cabs should be the same whether half ton or 3/4.
