I have an extra v2 with no vins left on it. Also I only have the cable that plugs into the OB2 port. I lost the one that connects to my computer for this one. Just trying to see what it's worth, or is just worth keeping?

Thanks
Adam

I don't have the cd or anything with this one, my laptop got stollen a while back and the cable and cd was taken with it. So all I have left is the v2 itself and the ob2 cord.

The OBD-II is available through SoCal or EFI only (you have it) USB cables are a dime a dozen. So long as you have not installed a passcode you should be good to go or remember it if you did.

Other than the serial number and registration key card, email EFI they should be able to provide this information IF you registered the V2 when new otherwise I it may take a bit longer. You need this information to purchase licenses, just don't recall if you need just one number or both...

Yes, go to the EFI forum and email them, they do what they can to support their products within reason just give them a day or two. Before I bought mine I obtained the serial number from the owner to be sure it was not a stolen V2, they got back to me in less than 48 hours.

Just reload the software from the EFI site, get a USB cable (that cable end is commonly used on printers) and plug it into the computer. It'll tell you what the serial# is.

I bought the V2 (thanks black07), is this the cable I need?
