What size injectors to order PLEASE ADVISE

I'm ready to order my injectors from Exergy, but am stuck on what size to order, specs are single charger S471, may change to 475, dual stock cp3's, efi tuning, fully built motor. Would like to make 7-800 rwhp, daily driver somewhat. Any suggestions, I had 60 overs before, but am leaning towards 80's this time, and running less PW. I just don't want it to smoke will driving normally down the road.

Just get the 100 overs and be done with it. That's what I did.

My motor isn't nearly as crazy as yours and I've been told I should be getting 40-60% overs. And if they're too big then I can always tune the smoke back with EFI. Im sure you'd be fine with 100 overs and a good street tune

100s cost the same as 80s so you may as well get as much as you can for your dollar.

Elevation is 600ft, If I was going with twins than no question about the 100's or even a little more, but with a single charger I hate to go to much, normal driving with a large single vs a good twin set would make a big diff I'm sure, or. I was planning on having Idaho Rob do the tuning if this makes any diff.

Whatever you do make sure they are flowed. I had 60's last year that were just tips and they smoked like crazy. I have flowed 40's now and I am much happier. We will see how far they take me this weekend. But there are great tuners out there that Im sure can make 100s not smoke.

If Rob is your tuner, do what he suggests. He is very competent and wouldn't tell you something just to say it. Not that any of the these guys are that posted, just saying.

With what you've got, 60% over is plenty. I'd go with a lot more air before wanting anything larger than that.

Ya, the last set I had was new 60 over tips on old injectors and it smoked like crazy all the time. This time all new, flowed, ballanced, etc.

We have run multiple trucks with 100% over injectors on the stock turbo and they didn't smoke while cruising. My truck never did with an S475 or S480 either. The smoke will all depend on the tuning. I have some customers who want their tuning dumby proof so that they can go full throttle from a dead stop idle and have only a slight haze - it can be done, even with 100% over injectors. Personally I like to be able to control fueling with my foot and overfuel if I want to. If you are going to go bigger than 60% go up to 100% since it is the same price for 61%-100%. The bigger the injectors the shorter the PW and lower the timing for any given power level.
