What resize photo program yal use?

just got a new laptop and doesnt have the resize option in the file drop down like before. I think it was KAT who gave me the last program to download. Need to resize some photos for craiglist!

On my desktop with XP, I use the powertoys that Kat mentioned. For my laptop with Vista, I use the VSO image resizer. It was a free download, and it works much like the powertoys for XP. Do a google search, and you should be able to find it.
