Wcfab will sell you any piece you need made up. When I built mine Jason was the only guy that built kits that would help me out. Not trying to start a riot, just trying to help ya out.

I just bought a bunch of flanges and stuff to build a set of big twins. I bought parts from Vulcan Performance, Race Parts Solutions, and Columbia River Mandrel Bending. If you're building a set to work with an LLY, LBZ, or LMM, you can get a flange that mates up to the stock turbo inlet from Empire Diesel Performance. I'm not sure if anyone makes a down pipe flange, but I have cut the flange off the stock down pipe and welded that to a 3" pipe with success. ProFab has a DIY section where they sell various flanges. You might talk to Rick and see if he has down pipe flanges and inlet flanges he would sell. I know he lists EGR delete tube flanges among other useful items.

The stock turbo stays where it is. You need to make a hot pipe that goes from the exhaust outlet of the stock turbo (hooks up where the down pipe hooks up) and goes over to the turbine inlet of the S475 (should be either a T4 or T6 flange). You will also need to build a cold pipe that goes from the compressor outlet of the S475 to the compressor inlet of the stock turbo. Then you will need to build a downpipe coming off the S475 to hook up to your exhaust and a brace to bolt the S475 to. You will also need oil supply and drain lines for the S475 as well as some stuff to relocate the coolant tank and battery. You will need to come up with some sort of intake, and you will probably also want to buy or build an EGR delete pipe. All the companies I mentioned do have websites and can be found by doing a google search. Good luck.

No pedestal needed. You only need a pedestal when you want to stick a bigger charger in the valley. And you want the T6 1.32 turbine housing. 96mm turbine.

Forced inductions website has off the shelf box s475's, just like you need, for under $700

thats what i got i need to find a rebuild kit for it. it has a lil bit of shaft play in it

Axial or radial? Some radial is normal. There should be practically no axial play though. Axial is in/out, and radial is up/down.
