I am thinking of doing manifolds and up pipes which ones are good to go with has anybody ever done a flow test on them my truck is in 04 has s 366 with 480 40 over injectors 40 over modded pump will manifolds help me at all

It's a debatable topic. What power levels are you at/going for? I've seen stock manifolds and up pipes make over 1000 horse...but finally blew the bellows out.
My opinion is I wouldn't replace them till you need to replaced them...As in wait till the stockers fail. I've seen too many people spend the money on manifolds and up pipes and not see the return on them that they thought they would.
If you come across a great deal then maybe you will want to jump on it. But if your paying regular price then i would wait till the stock ones fail.
I've made a boat load of 12.0 second quarter mile passes and have never had an issue with my stock manifolds and up pipes.

I could get some profabs pretty cheap does the truck sound a lot different? Fastest I've gone Iis 12.1 and the trucks 2wd think I'm using up the fuel
I had some, I run stockers, I blew up my bellow going 134mph on nitrous. I'm not really convinced that manifolds help, but do on the up pipes. I'm throwing up pipes on my truck and not looking back. I never saw the claimed gains.
The log headers work the best but if you're on a budget do the TowFlow up pipes and an LML drivers side manifold.
I have Rick's proflow xtreme on my truck. Just dynoed 982hp and they sound awesome.

I have PPE Manis and up pipes and I like them. No scientific evidence to back up any gain claims but I don't think anyone would argue the flow is much improved...
