LML What makes the lml 6sp stronger than previous years?

Hello all, this is my first posting and I was curious what makes the 2011-2012 transmission the strongest in stock form? I just bought a 2012 lml and really like it coming from a gasser. What I am asking is what was changed from previous years to make it handle the new power besides, more tq management?

Stronger converter and more tq management. It's not as strong as some people think. C3 clutch only has 4 frictions. There has not been enough horsepower to push these transmissions yet.

Thanks mike. I just plan on keeping my vehicle stock, but I have a really heavy lead foot.

We need a fix for the tcm to crank up the pressure. I don't care about the gas.

I think the fix was a joint effort between Mike and Ben (Duratothemax) right? Mike is selling them I believe.... hope I'm not giving out bad info
