AirDogs come with everything needed to mount, plumb and wire them. Including a draw straw (fuel pickup). We just installed another one yesterday. Never had any problems out of any of ours or ones that we have sold or installed. For the price you can't beat it IMO.

I have TTS dual pumps which are the same pumps Kennedy uses except without the fancy billet head. They come with a mounting bracket, hoses, quick connect fittings, controller, and all necessary connectors. The only thing you will need to install them is tools. I have had them on for more than 2 years and 30k miles without any problems. They push enough fuel for 700 hp and are extremely quiet.

I don't believe so on the LLY and newer trucks. IIRC, you use the vent tube fitting as the new fuel pick-up and the stock pick-up fitting as the return. The LB7 trucks require a fitting installed.

Curious to know if the airdog 150 requires a new pickup tube or does it just lengthen the existing pickup tube? You have any install pics of the top of the tank or even the sending unit pulled showing the new installed piece? Thanks again for the help.:)

You have any pics showing the details of this? Is that how you did yours? Thanks for the insight on this bro. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks again.:)

I believe on Kennedy Diesel's website there are step by step instructions on how to install their pick up but I believe all of the pick ups are done the same way.

IF you install the supplied 1/2" pick-up it requires you to drill or cut a hole in the top of the tank and use the supplied grommet and pick-up tube. If you cut the hole the right size the grommet is a very tight fit and we have never had a problem with any kind of leaking. I have installed them using the factory supply line as a return - rather than cutting the fill tube.

We have also installed them without the pick-up tube and made over 520hp on a stock LMM; so they don't require the new pick-up.
