Odd question I know. But I'm curious what people do with all there engine internals that get broke or bent or whatever. They just getting thrown out?
What happens to bad engine parts?

well evetything i break or change ctrump90 wants because he wants to build furniture and or weird art or somthing.Beats me i dont ceare id like to see some cool stuff made tho.
If the damage was bad enough, the part goes on my "wall of shame"....otherwise the parts go to the recycler.
Rudely the funny thing is I thought about that exact thing for a paper towel holder in the garage. Lol:thumb:
Well if anyone has stuff they are gonna throw away on me I would pay for shipping of course. I don't break my truck enough to have spare parts lying around.
I have a LB7 piston I dropped on the concrete and cracked. Its still intact but useless, if you want it its yours. Best I can remember its cracked on the skirt.

My buddy has 2 connecting rods with a small camshaft run through them making up his paper towel holder.

Awesome ieas i have a ton of stuff in the attic,a friend asked me if the garage was on fire would i tell the firemen theres 2 tons of d max part in the attic......i said probably but depends on how bad its burning lol
Thats awesome i want 1 also i can get all the bad trans parts you guys want im very good friends with a guy that owns his own trans shop.An old bellhousing would make a great lamp shade.
