I recently installed tie rod sleeves, and I have done a few boosted launches. I feel I have way to much "toe-in," feels like a roller coaster. I did lower the T-bars some, but I'm about as low as I want to go and I still don't feel to comfortable doing launches. What else do I need? I'll soon be replacing the pitman and idler arm, would pitman/idler braces help? Thanks!

you did get an alignment after install correct? if so i would recommend a straight centerlink mine launches dead straight everytime. steering felt stiffer too

You probably need to go even lower with the t bars, pitman and idle arm braces will help a little but the most important thing is the sleeves which you already have.

Your problem is listed in your signature. You have lift keys and you will not be able to get the front end low enough to launch without breaking or bending something.

I have them all the way down. I would estimate it sits 1.5 to 1.75 inches higher than stock. I could put stock keys back in I really don't want to go any lower.

Bottom line is if you want to do 4wd boosted launches, you need your stock keys back in. The cv's actually need to be negative because when you launch , your front end lifts up.

Needs to be in the weeds even with the straight center link.

Caution: The straight center link is a great product, BUT it absolutely sucks on the road. It is a tire killer and handles like crap when turning.

Michael has a revised version that he is working on that allows 3 separate attach points for the inners so that you can get the offset back into the drag link.
