So I have noticed three things that don't seem right with my truck that don't seem right. The egts are really low, lack of power, and about 4 pounds lower boost than normal. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? I replaced the fuel filter last Friday and it didn't help much! I have tested for boost leaks and have not found any. I'm just about stumped with this. I'm thinking a possible fuel problem but not sure what. It doesn't smoke white/grey etc.

Does anyone think the exhaust side of my compressor wheel could be thecause of this? Like a fin missing or something? I have noticed it whistles alot louder than normal too. Just throwing that ideaout there.

I bought a 3" plumbing cap installed a air fitting and clamped it to the intakehole on the Turbo.

Well you have the 30% of the tool figured out, now you need to be able to regulate the air pressure (so you dont kill anyone) and plug the air off going into the engine or at the down pipe! Then you'll be cookin with gas....

I would think a boost leak would mean higher egt's.....but i could be wrong.

Disconnect the cold charge pipe at the intake and cap it. On your 3" cap, put an online air guage, ball valve an use that to control how much pressure u feed it.

I still say check the wastegate. If it is stuck open just a little it will reduce drive on the charger and cause the symptoms you describe.

Well the wastegate wasn't stuck open! I think it has something to do with injectors maybe Idk. I guess I need to get balance rates or something. The throttle response is terrible too!
