With my current set up and adding a GT4094VA, Industrial Injection 30% over nozzles, Flo Pro Downpipe, SDP EGR delete, PPE Manifolds & Up pipes, S&B CAI and retuned by IdahoRob. Doing all of this this weekend and wondering on what i can expect power wise?

I think there is some room left in my tuning but as Justin said I made 540 and my setup is almost identical to yours. I was disappointed in the number but the truck rips down the road. Seems to make the power a hell of a lot smoother than the stock turbo/injector trucks that are around.

I'm not sure. All I know is that if I had the opportunity to do it again I'd have 40% exergys. I figure at 3000us it's still not that much more fuel and I'm back to a huge pulse width. Hopefully we can tune log it tomorrow. I wonder if I could call Trent and have him build me a bigger tune to try as well


Edit: The dyno # doesn't kill me. I just need to make sure I'm ready for BeatDerekDay September 30 lol

Called him and left a message. Hopefully he can send something over to test tomorrow. Asked him to try 3000 and to add a few pounds of boost if possible. (sorry to hijack the thread)

3000 pulse on a stock pump with 30 overs
My dads LMM on 30 overs is at 2400 pulse and makes way over 550hp

Well my max effort tune is supposed to be around 520-550 with what i have now, so i was hoping i could get somewhere around the 650 mark after adding the rest of the mods i listed but most everyone else isnt anyhwere near that. Guess it all boils down to tuning. I guess we'll see after the install and try to find a local dyno.

I have the Danville billet 4094 and Danville/Exergy 45% nozzles and made 612/1083 with 2000 pulse. I have the bolt ons as most others, just not the up-pipes. Mine runs out of fuel beyond that though, would need a modded CP3 to go more.

I'm heading up Sept 30th for the first time with my current setup. Really hoping to be sub 12.5 with some weight reduction

I made 602 with a tune that I made in the parking lot while waiting for my turn on the dyno. Had the 4094vvt, 40% nozzles, ProFab EGR delete, downpipe and up pipes. Max pulse was around 2400µs before rail started dropping. Ran a best time of 11.90@111 at 6300# once the tuning got straightened out.

The more I hear people talking about these short pulse widths the more I'm questioning the DDP nozzles I have. I was under the impression that their 100hp nozzle was about 30 over. My current tune is at 2700us and cleans up completely and quickly with no drop in rail psi.

Cousin of mine made 587hp stock inj and pump 4094vvt LLY Castflows etc

He now has 40% tips and the danville billet wheel but we havent dynoed it yet

His brother has an LMM with the same done and made 615hp

At 2000pw on 45% over ddp's my truck pulls harder than it did with stock injectors at 3000.

3000pw with these 45 overs is a damn rocketship
