What can be ?

Just trying to start my duramax engine, but i don't why the engine doesn't spin, at the beginning i tought that the dual mass flywheel was a problem but tried with the stock flywheel and the engine does the same thing, tomorrow i going to pull the starter motor and see if it spin

try the easy stuff 1st pull the glow plugs and see if its hydro locked for some reason once the plugs are out try and roll the motor over with a socket and breaker bar to see if its free

I would bench test the starter and make sure the battery your using is in good shape then go from there.
on edit: I would onbolt it and see if it spins free first off.

took the starter and bench it, it's fine, the battery is fine too.
I don't know why the starter is refusing to spin, I measured the voltage of the wire that come from the ECM and is connected to the starter selenoid and it has 12v

Try turning the engine over via the crank pulley bolt.
