What am I missing

So I've been running a set of tunes I built a while ago that ran decent but seemed to be missing some mid range, after messing around with those for a while and getting no where I decided to start all over with a stock tune and go again. I've got the truck running pretty good, slowly adding power in, but it seems as though I've hit a plateau with my boost. It comes in quick and builds fast but hits 25 and maxed out. I've added boost into the boost table, and I've changed vane position tried going up and down but soon as it his 25 the vanes go to 0% and boost stops going up. My goal was to hit 30 to 32 Max psi. I don't have my laptop with me so I can't call our table numbers or upload the tune. It's a dsp tune but that's just so I can make different changes and still have one good safe tune to go back to if I need to.

Maybe it's not the boost that I need to go after but it seems the truck is failing on its face up high. Think it's commanding 2200us and 19 timing with post turned off after I think 2500 rpm I think is what it was

Thanks for the help

I think I found it. I thought I was on med altitude, but after researching I'm on the low altitude tables. And in the top end it was only calling 38 psi. So 38 minus 14 atmospheric put me at my 24.

In trying to get the tune running good before I post it.
I'm starting to think it would habe been easier to buy a tune. But what fun is that ha

ok I am posting the tune. I was really hoping to figure this one out on my own but aint getting any where. I did make a few timing changes and added a little more fuel to it right before posting, so I haven't seen what changes that will make yet.

But im still fighting maxing boost out at 25 psi. trucks pulls really good off the line, cruising range is great. 1/4 to 1/2 throttle truck runs well and seems to be quiet and clean. I did go in and disable the ect timing adjuster. it keeps kicking my timing up really high on cold starts and it rattles like crazy, hopefully that's not a bad idea. im am working out of dsp program #2 the rest are either stock or screwed up so ignore them ha.

I do have the timing at idle bumped up a bit as I run wvo and with the stock timing at idle the wvo doesn't burn completely and hazes really bad.

im going for a "max effort"/daily drive kind of tune.

thanks for the help.

Im not sure if your boost table(s) look like they do because your in testing mode or whatever, but man they can use some work.

Questions:

Have you logged to see your desired boost? Is it calling for the boost you have in your tune? Looks like in your tune you are calling for 28-30psi, when logging is the ecm calling for these values? From what I can tell there should be no reason you cant achieve the boost you are calling for. Maybe try doing a full flash.

Yea they are all over from just trying to figure out what I was missing I had them all smooth but started adding a little here and there trying to figure it out. I think I've flashed the truck 10 times inn the last few days just making little changes at a time. I have logged it but haven't figured out how to log for desired boost. I'll look more into that today and see what I can find there.

I thought I had done that. I thought my desired was at 44 which would be 30 psi of boost. Unless I'm missing another table which I don't doubt

Be very careful with that boost table. you may create surging issues trying to get boost that high, that low in the rpm range. bad bad for the turbo. is best if you match the turbos map to the boost range in those tables.

Ok I'll keep on eye on it, as of right now I don't have any surging or anything. But now that I found the issue I'm going back through and redoing the boost table. Trying to find info on building a vane position table now
