What am I doing wrong?

I recently got a new computer and installed EFI on it. When i opened up the scan tool, some of my pids are now not supported even though I used to log and scan with then same pids on my old computer. Any ideas? Thanks

you may have to check support for them. its the second tab on the second row just under the red and green connect and disconnect buttons. its a small box with a check mark on it

Its not letting me click on it, just grayed over

I am having the same problems I have been wanting to create a script and it is grayed over and will not let me click it

you have to connect to the truck first.if you did that before trying you might have to unplug the flash pack from the computer close the software. then plug in first then restart software and then connect.
