After one of my stockers blew out, I replaced my stock Bose speakers with a pair of Alpine SPS-510 5.25" and a pair of Polk DB651 6.5" in my crew cab. im not some crazy audio guy, just wanted something that sounded good. I have zero complaints about mine.

I got Rockford and love them I don't remember the model I'll have to look
I have a set of cheapy cheap rockford primes in my older play truck. They sound amazing even been super cheap. Always been a rockford fan. running alpine type s components in my 2004. sound pretty good ran by a kenwood amp.

Best Buy was running a piss the customer off sale when I went in and walked out with a very nice set of alpine 6.5's for $45. I'm surprise at how well they sound. Good highs, mids and bass off the alpine deck. But these went in the Van.

I went full Hertz Audio including 2 12's and a 6 channel amp. Sounds deadly.

What JL's are y'all using? 3/4 of my cheap Kicker 6.5's are blown after a year and I rarely even turned the volume all the way up. Maybe Kicker just hates Texas country

It has been a while since I bought them but I have a set of Polk Audio components that came with a bracket to run them together. The sound quality is fantastic for the price.
