Went to the track wednesday night just to see what i could do. Ran a 13.10 @ 102. i was happy. I didn't even air down, or crank the torsion bars down. How i drive it everyday is how i went down the track. Had a 1.8 60' and my reaction time sucked big, it was .44. But all in all i was happy, next time i'll do some adusting and hopefully hit high 12's, this is the first time i've ever been.:D I'm thinking i'll go back this sunday.

nice work! especially for you first time at the track

lowering the torsion bars is not only to help the 60' but its alot safer on the front end
i hope you have tie rod upgrades

Good job!

air down to about 30 psi on all tires maybe leave a bit more in the fronts.

crank t-bars all the way down and turn pax side up 2 turns.

loose as much weight as possible; spare, backseat, etc.

Ran 4x4. And yeah weight is going to come out for sure. Front end is tie rod sleeved and cognito braced. Bars are going down too.
