Have someone qualified check it. We have no idea without seeing the truck.

Same or new converter? What is the fluid level on the dip stick while warm prior to it puking?

Is the fluid clean and clear when it comes out or is it milky or strawberry shake colored?

The fluid is clean new converter on both transmissions and it is at proper levels for the temperature it doesn't matter if the trans is hot or cold when it pukes fluid it has done it cold at start up and hot on shut down and the cooler was flushed both times

Possible a front seal on the transfer case leaking into the trans. Check fluid in the TC.

I figured it out the tcm was bad (go figure) it was calling randomly for extremely high line pressure higher than what the trans was designed for and it was popping the relief valve and blowing the fluid out of the vent and screwed the seals up in two brand new ati transmissions

TCM can not do that.
