Will weak batteries cause a Po659 and PO700 codes to pop up when starting? My truck had been sitting for about 3-4 days outside in 20-30* weather and last night I started it to go to town and it was a little weak starting. Would this cause these codes to trip or is there something else wrong?

To fry or not to fry

Don't know about the codes but those weak batts will strain the starter & alt. And that is the holy trinity of elec fails. If one is bad the others will be soon too. Plus your ECM needs a minimum voltage level to operate properly. As do some of the transducers. New batts are a good investment. Gelcells are very rugged.

cant say for sure. the 2 codes are tcm related. the first code if related to the power circuit that powers the tcc and pressure solenoid. i will say this, weird things happen because of low batteries. i would swap em and then go after the others if the said codes return. i doubt they will though;)
