Works good for my LB7. The fuel filter changed in 2010 (I'm not exactly sure of the year) and this filter won't work on newer duramaxes.
A large pair of channel lock pliers work just as well as this except you don't have to worry about damaging the water in fuel sensor with this tool.
PPE makes a very similar product except the handle isn't rubber coated and it's designed so that you can use the handle to open the bleeder screw.
Lisle should change the design so that you can open the bleeder screew worth this tool. It would be very helpful because you have to bleed the air out and prime the filter after changing it. With the Lisle brand, you need to open the bleeder with a screw driver.
