water in oil

Anybody had any problems with water in the oil? its on an 02 lb7 HAS BEEN SPRAYED A FEW TIMES MAYBE 5 OR 6. Any ideas???

Ran compression and all cylinders are just about the same no jump in psi loss.

Injector cup is the most common culprit that I have seen on the LB7.

when pressure testing through coolant tank I have pressure coming through the oil cap... cracked head??? anyone had similar issues?
