Question: Wastegate location

I am currently fabbing a 50mm gate in for my triple 475's,the gate is going on the valley charger and am having quite a time finding a suitable spot for it.I have a spacer in between the ped and charger with a port i am using for the exhaust but I have very little room left with all the piping so my question is should the gate be as close to the pedestal as possible or does it matter if its off to the side.Sorry for the long read just looking to spark some new idea's.Thanks

It would harder for you with a spacer but getting it to the drivers side opens up a lot if room for other things on the passenger side.

Do I have to pull the exhaust from the spacer/ped or can I pull it from the hot pipe going to the atmos?Still trying to get a grasp on what will work and how to do it.Thanks for the pict.Nice set up:thumb:

You want to reduce drive pressure with the gate. It will pull from the pedestal or up pipes and send it into the hot pipe between chargers. Don't mind the wrap on my pipes. I was making a template for blankets at the time.
