go to UserCP >>> select>>> Edit Options>>> go all the way to the bottom under Misc and under Forum skin select McRat Racing.

It does already The little circle next to the user name will be lit green when the user is on line if you are looking at a post.

Or on the bottom of the main page will show who is on line.
