My gf's '06 BRM is tuned by Kerma via their Q loader, basically an efilive autocal. Pretty nice tune, but it was like $600 for the tune+Q loader...but you have the option to flash to stock at any time.
There are not very many what we call "chips" out there for these. TDI people actually call an ECM tune a "chip" for whatever reason...never made sense to me. We like her Kerma tune, and they are nice people to deal with, just a phone call away about anytime of the day or night it seems.

The 05 Passat is not a 1.9L, it's a 2.0.
Tuning for them is extremely hard to come buy since the 2.0 from that generation was only put into the Passat. It's not the same as the current CR 2.0 TDI either.
Rocket Chip might have something, or you'll have to go the uber pricey custom tune route.

My sons 2000 tdi jetta is pushing about 120hp up from 90 stock with a kerma tune. smokes like a freight train tho.
