Note to self:

When you try to connect to an existing WEP-security wireless router, it will appear not to work. When you call up the list of wireless routers, go to SET UP A CONNECTION and click on it. Put in your SSID (router name), pick WEP, and the password. Try it, and it won't work, even with the right info.

Now call up the list of wireless routers again. Right Click your Wireless Router, and click on PROPERTIES. The top box will say unsecured or something. Change that to SHARED, and retype in your password. Now it will work. VistaHelp = Useless, and does not document this.

And Vista Sucks.

Yes Vista sucks. I wont use it anymore on anything Desktops are XP one laptop is Win7 and the other one will soon be Win7 once I do more testing with EFILive and Win7.
