vista does not run some programs I use.

I thought about doing a dual boot but that requires too much time switching between XP and Vista, plus requires a restart.

I decide I'd try a Virtual PC and see if it worked as good as some say.

I am happy. I recommend to any one. I figured I should just install XP over Vista since Vista sucks anyway but I have too many programs, settings, drivers and time involved I really didnt want to go that route.

As for MAC users wanting to run EFILive, look into paralleling instead of trying dual boot, I bet you will be so happy you did.

BTW, virtual PC 07 is free, It is unsupported for Vista home, but that mean theres no 'tech help' as I have learned it runs just fine.

I run windows XP with VMware Fusion on my mac and it works quite well for EFI Live. From what I have heard VMware is supposed to be a little better than Parallels but I have never tried it myself.

X2, its very good, I forgot about that, I think I have it on one of my MACs (i'll look) Most would think its more for server type application but it works very well for the home user as well.
