Looks like pressure washer mist. Too bad it wont work in FL..lol They use something similar to that on sugar mountain.

you can actually get the plans to build one for free here. mine only cost about 20 bucks to build minus the nozzles

i used there nozzles, just made everything work better. i did try to do it with pressure washer ones but they made the snow to wet
