To anyone who knows the GTA video game franchise, you must be familiar with the free-roaming, drive any car any time type of environment.

This story begins for want of a turbo, my new GT40AVNT was leaking oil out of the exhaust and I had to send it back. But before I did, I was having a great time doing some tuning for the new turbo. Now that Uziel has no turbo, I have nothing to tune...
Well the other day I loaded GTA Vice City for old-time sake and started playing for a bit. Of course each car has its own driving characteristics, a bus does not drive the same as an AWD sports car. I got to thinking, there has to be some data file that defines how each car drives. So I started looking. Deeper and deeper into the Vice City directory. Finally digging 7-folders-deep, I found a .CFG files named "Handling." Oh goody! Upon opening I found several columns with numbers. (attached is what it looks like) Column "A" contains the name of each vehicle and the columns that follow contain the parameters.
After a few minutes I found myself tweaking the "sabre turbo" to mimic the performance of a 1970 Chevelle SS 454.:woott:
Next project is to make the hummer in the game to run 9's :D

What made me smile is on the top of the file, it says "Tweak at your own risk." Looks like the author Bill Henderson knew that someone like me would be looking for a way to make these cars faster.
