Info: Vendors that want to advertise

Here's the scoop:
Advertising rate for DuramaxDiesels.com is $500/yr.
Here's what you get for your money -
The #1 way to advertise here will be in your signature. That was always more effective than a rotating banner at the top of the page. This means you will have to post for folk to see your ad.
The #2 way to advertise will be in your forum. If you look near the bottom, there is TheCandyShop, which are authorized vendors here. This is an area for detailed discussion of your products, services, and prices.
#3 will be new product announcements you can make in the Tech area. Be smart, spamming the site will get you dropped, so make it TECH content, not just bulk-mail. One thread per new product.
#4 and the most important, is word-of-mouth. You tell folk about this site, and you let folk here talk about your products and services. This is how the lion's share of sales referrals happen in business.
Obviously we want a good balance, so we reserve the right to limit how fast we add vendors. And if I know that a Vendor has a history of screwing folk, they are not eligible. This is why the "Vendor Request + Rules" are going to be kept private, as not to publically embarrass a shop unnecessarily.
