Valve Train Modifications

I am curious what people are doing with the rocker arm and rocker shaft assemblies. I have seen people machine aluminum spacers to replace the cheesy springs but what are people doing with the tolerances on the rocker shaft. I was cleaning and inspecting mine tonight and noticed my rocker arm bushings have taken a beating. I can only imagine what big valve springs and cam are going to add to the stress.

So whats the verdict? Anyone make there own spacers or open up the tolerances?

I thought about spacers or even doubling up on springs but havnt done anything besides swap out the bolts for the shaft with a higher grade

Theres more options coming out soon, for half the price. I would hold off.

I'd like a set of roller rockers for mine, but the only ones out right now are too expensive
