So I have a slight problem. My valve stem is leaking air at a pretty good rate, looks like the rubber is torn. It's on the front pasenger side tire. It happens to be sunday and I can't find a single place open to get it replaced. 
My question is any quick temporary fixes? I have 285's and unfortunately I haven't got around to getting a 285 spare, would it be horrible to run a 245 spare on the front until I can get it fixed tomorrow? I have to drive home to Ann Arbor from Grand Rapids (160 miles) today. Any info would be appreciated.
