EFILive V2 Update Issue

I recently updated my V2 and I went to put in my tow tune and it said my ECM wasn't licensed. What do I do or who do I get a hold of?

Any help would be great!

Just enter the info on your efi card and you should be fine. Mine done the same when i updated it.

You have to update the firmware on your v2 and your computer. Go in an update the firmware again through v8. I've got this a few times and EVERYTIME it's because one or the other isn't updated.

I know mine is updated fully, and I still get this message everytime I try to flash with anything but V8. I'm also flashing in an 02 OS if that makes a differrence. I know I could flash an LBZ no problem with my current software as I just did, but my 02 LB7 will NOT flash in with anything but V8.

I've gone in and done updates to firmware 2 or 3 times in a row, had to exit the program and go back in to see the latest update.

Are you sure your v7.5 software is up to date? What build are you on?

My V7 software is V7.5.7 build 180
V8 8.2.1 build 170
firmware 2.07.22
bootblock 2.07.03

These all show to be the current release software from the download page as I do not need the 6.7L CUMMINS stuff so I seen no reason to download the prerelease. Like I said, I can flash my LB7 ONLY with the V8 software. I just did an LBZ at Christmas and had no problems flashing it with V7 or V8 though. I've had this problem in the past as well, but a software update fixed it last time. This time no go. I don't flash my BURB very often though, so it hasn't been an issue really.

I had the exact same problem back in October and am running this same version of software. Couldn't BBF from v7, but used the computer and V8 and was able to flash. Looking back, I was supposed to send some .htx trace files in.

V 7.5 is on Build 180, update the software.
