Anyone know who sells just the cable that goes between the V2 and the obd2 port? Mine won't stay in the V2 on its own anymore.

A lot of EFILive vendors stock them. I got a replacement from Adrenaline Truck Performance when I broke mine. Probably worth calling the closest vendor :thumb:

Thanks. Was trying to avoid buying from efilive direct. Didn't think anyone would stock the cables themselves as nobody lists just the cables on their sites.

As long they get the pinouts on the OBD-II port side terminated at the correct spots on the RJ-45 connector, too bad the cables are not 8 ft instead of 6 foot...
Pretty hard to f it up if you have the old one in your hand.

Just following your lead.

Not sure why you think it would be tough to see the wires or colours. They aren't that small. Plus anyone doing this kind of job would also have at the very least a magnifying glass if not a bench mounted lit one.

I'd do it myself but don't feel like buying the tool.

They used cheap connectors and you can see right through the plastic and where the wire lands if they were a high quality shielded connector you have to cut them apart to see where the wire lands on the connector.(went out and looked at mine, I use a much higher quality connector and cat-6 cable)
