V2 Display Screen screwy

I've had my EFI V2 for 3 years or so now, it is the blue back version, anyway the display screen when it is powered up, if you look at it straight it almost looks just like a white light, you have to look at it from the side/at an angle to make out the writing to see what you're doing. Has anyone else had the same problem with theirs?

try adjusting the contrast/brightness in the settings

Have not had the problem, SoCal Diesel is the US repair facility for the V2's and Autocal's...:thumb:

Mine is randomnly losing rows of the screen going up and down. They will go completely dead, then just as quickly come back and work. Doesn't really bother me since there latest updates have made it so it doesn't want to flash mine with just the V2, so I'm using it in pass through most all the time anyways.

My V2 started with dead pixel lines when it was only a couple years old. Then I fried the CANbus chip in it last year.

Spent the $100 to have SoCal referb it. All good now.

I'll have to give SoCal a call then. I'll try adjusting the brightness and see what happens but as described above, there are lines on the screen. It doesn't bother me to bad ass 90% of the time I use it through pass through anyway, just kind of annoying when you look at it.
