V2 blank blue screen after reflash??

I installed the newest updates 7.5.5 and 8.1.2 now the flashscan is inoperative?? any ideas?? My laptop doesnt detect its presence

Got it a new Driver's License?

I had to go into device manager and manually update the driver while the Flash Scan was plugged into the Lap Top

I thought it was strange that it would power up but not boot up. I figured if it got power through the USB port it would boot but it clearly needs some command from the host computer.
