Used Stroker Motor

Can anyone tell me about this motor? Also what would I have to change in my LMM to run this LBZ motor? I would really like to build my motor in the next year or 2 but this caught my eye. I really know nothing about swapping an engine but this seems like a good deal or am I wrong. Just leary about buying something that is screwed and it will cost me more in the end. Just something I'm throwing around, calling Guy is a great idea. I just thought it sounded reasonable for what it was if it was in good condition, plus I could keep my stock motor and put it back in if I was to ever sell it. 17k is still alot of money, I will keep thinking.
