used 6 gunner ???

i found a used 6 gunner for my LMM, it was just bought, and now he has to give the truck to his dad and he does'nt need the tune (so he says), anyway it is real cheap and has the PDA with it, will banks stand behind anything if i am the second owner, and what do you think about 2nd hand elec parts? usually bad rule of thumb.

I would ask the seller if he would help you with Banks if you ever needed waranty work. You could just ship it to Banks in his name and your address and you would probably be fine.

There was a thread on that other site about banks not honoring the warranty on equipment that was purchased used. Basically, their warranty IS NOT transferable. I can't really say I blame them either. Personally, I wouldn't waste your time with it. My dad has one on his LMM. I'm not too impressed.
