So it's probably nothing. but i am almost ready to put my valvebody back in the truck

when splitting the valvebody a tiny piece of the case popped off where one of the guides goes in. the guide still seats all the way down in there, i just want to be 100% sure the little bit missing is not going to cause issues.

also my tq wrench goes to 120 in/lbs not 111. Is that OK??

that's what i am thinking. it looks to me as if the divider plate will have everything sealed off as nature intended it. I just want to be positive before i put it back in the truck

x2 , you should be fine, the torque spec for main valvbody to shift valvebody is 9 ft lbs. the valvbody to to the case is also 9 ft pounds, which equals 108 inch pounds.

You're good man.... When I did my transgo I had alot more things to worry about lol and I didn't torque anything under there, pretty sure I over torqued it, that was over 100k ago. Make sure you put that rooster crap on right or you might not be able to move the shift lever
