What does that mean? My package is lost? damaged? I was supposed to be getting a 5" MBRP kit, looked like according to the tracking info this morning it'd be at the local dept today, ready for delivery tommorow, or possibly even delivery today, I get home tonight, the status is changed to exception? Lol, Tom, did you need this kit more than me or what? j/k:hug:

Exception scans are for boxes that get to the center and have a problem. Like damaged or box is busted open. Maybe the address is bad or the label is half gone. Its also possible it just didnt make it on the truck. I would check tomorrow morning to see if it got a loaded on the truck. If not then stop by the center or call them to see whats up.

Just be patient, an exception merely means that it was missed for some reason. The package has an exception scan on it therefore the scan label is still on the package and it is not lost.

I knew Tom had it :D Dang that tracking gets you every time

Yeah, it sucks.

I take it you also tell your customers something similar when a package shows up later than they expect? It always gets a laugh.
