Upgrade Summary for Newbies

In an effort to save time & frustration for the veterans(?) Could the administrators post a list of upgrades for the newbs? Possibly a list that rates the power increase, most bang for the buck, difficulty & potential suppliers to use & those to avoid. I know it sounds like a lot, however, the time saved by newbies ramping up to speed and the time saved by the vets responding again & again would be appreciated. Thanks, Rikter
