Ok so i have noticed the egts in my truck are really low like hardly ever go over 500. I was hauling my o ladys car this weekend and my egts did not go over 400 up and down hills going down the highway. could this possibly be an injector problem?

Has it always been this low since install? If so, incorrect placement or faulty guage/probe would be my guess.
If it was higher and now low, I would say the probe is on it's way out.
When my pyro probe started to go bad it worked, but EGT's were a ton LOWER than they used to be. It took me a few weeks and I ordered a new probe. After installation of the new probe EGT's went back up to "normal".

i was normal at first when i got the truck but after about three months after having it, it reads really low. it wasnt really a gradual thing it just got way to low one day. I thought it was my turbo at first cause it was going out but i have replaced that since then and its still low. im not too sure where its located i didnt install it like i said it was on it when i got it, I will have to look tomorrow.
