WTF, Forest looked good untill he got knocked out:mad: I really wanted him to knock out that punk Rashad but I got to give it to Rashad, first knocking out Lidell and now forest. Looks like Anderson silva has to bump up his weight class and knock him off his high horse. All in all some good fights even though they cost me.

X3 I think Rashad needs to face a true submission specialist. I know he has a good wrestling background, but I think he needs to be taken to the ground. He has proven himself trading punches. Its time he meets a true "pretzel bender". Not sure who is available at that weight????

I figured Rashad would have knocked out Griffin sooner with his speed but Griffin did good keeping Rashad at bay with his reach until he got caught. Rampage when he was in pride never trained with proffesional fighters as he's stated in the past. I'm glad he beat Wandy as he deserves to fight Rashad for the title. Either that or you let Anderson Silva fight Rampage for who fights for the title. Frank Mir still has his work cut out for him with Lesner as he's improved alot since they first met. I can't wait for BJ Penn and GSP to go at it!

Penn GSP should be pretty good, Don't know who Im putting my money on yet. As far as Mir-Lesner? I dont know either, Mir looked real good in this last fight but he wasn't being overwhelmed like the Lesner fight either. There both overly cocky IMHO. HMM... decisions... decisions....

I'd like top see Penn win against GSP and if he does he needs to stay at 170 since at 155 no one can beat him. They need more and better competiton in the heavy weight class.

GSP over Penn. Penn will gas out at the heavier weight just as he did before against GSP and Hughes. If he were smart (which he's not), he would come in the same as he does for a 155 match. After that, I'd love to see him go back to defend his 155 title against Florian and get beat. Penn is the most talented 155 lber but what a total loser. Never liked him as a person. I seriously think he is on drugs. Florian is a standup guy and always tries to finish for the fans. Also want to see Dan Henderson take out Rich Franklin. Franklin sucks! Probably the most one dimensional over-rated MMA fighter still actively fighting and no heart at all. I won't pay to see that one.

LOVE THE MMA, FEDOR EMELIANENKO RULES!

BJ Penn is an anomaly, an animal. Im very glad he rededicated himself to training, and getting back into a true practice schedule. For awhile part of his training consisted of Surfing and smoking dope. Surfing can be good for you psyche but in proper portions. I predict he will go into the 3rd Round with GSP and then BJ will win with a knock out.
