Two Lift Pumps. Routing?

Ok so I am adding another lift pump and moving them to where the spare tire mounts. I have spent a decent amount of time trying to find the best solution to routing the pumps to the cp3's but have not made alot of progress.

There are 3 different ways I am considering:

1. Route both pumps with two 1/2" lines going to the motor to feed each cp3, with a junction block to equalize pressure between the two. (Haven't been able to find a junction block with 1/2" inlet and outlet ports)

2. Route the pumps to feed the two 1/2" lines into a 3/4" aluminum or stainless steel line that runs up to a distribution block in the engine compartment. (cannot find a block that combines the two 1/2" lines into a 3/4" outlet)

3. Same as #2 but use a flexible line instead of metal.

I would like to use aluminum or stainless line due to the weigh savings, and it would look cleaner IMO. However I am not wanting to have to go buy a whole bunch of bending tools, etc. just to do the fuel lines.

I ran my in 1/2" to a Junction block I found from Summit racing. I fed from both ends to equalize pressures from the lift pumps and from the Junction fed each cp3. Nice clean setup and simple.

Thanks! to clarify, does the junction block have 1/2" outlet ports to the cp3's, or are 3/8" lines plenty big for a cp3 feed?

I used 6 an to feed cp3s. I tried to get a picture up but it won't allow me to import from Picasa to Tapatalk.

I think there is a thread on here already about Junction blocks that I have a picture of it in there.

Didnt think dual pumps were needed untill like 1500hp+
That depends on lift pump pressures. Big injectors will drop lift pump pressures to zero. I don't have a problem running two AD200'S. I did have a problem with one.

My Fuelab 200 doesn't seem to have any problem keeping up with 2 exergy 10mm pumps and 150 injectors. I ran -10an (5/8") from the fuel cell to bypass regulator, than Y'd into to -8an (1/2") to each cp3.

I did dual sumps with -12 to each pump (ad200's), then -8 to the distribution block, with a one way valve put on each ( that way if one pump fails if would push fuel back threw the pump). Then did -8 to each cp3.

Thanks! would you mind sharing where you found a your distribution block that has all of the outlets as -8an?

Is that twin modded mounts or can a dual mount be purchased?Looks bad ass btw!
