So my truck has a 480 over 366 40 over injectors and 40 over pump I feel like the 480 is hurting the performance is this possible do u think the truck will make more power with just the 366

It will spool faster making the seat dyno feel like it has more power, for a little bit. That's about it.

Are you waste gated? I know that some people have had trouble with them sticking open resulting in them not spooling as well.
It was the change from the 74mm turbine to the 70mm turbine wheel that made the big difference in his swap to the 364.5fmw.
The 366 is a gated htt charger I no the question sounds like it makes no sense but I feel like the truck should be a heck of a lot faster. Fastest pass was 12.1 at 111 keep in mind it is 2wd and 60 foots aren't the greatest but my stock lb7 went mid 12s on tuning. What boost should I be seeing out of the twins thanks guys
I love my batmo 480 over 364.5 FMW setup. Much better daily driver than the cast 366 480 setup
On my tune that runs 11.8-11.9 I see 58psi peak, around 55-56 sustained. 12.3 tune sees about 50-53psi, this is my daily driver tune
I have a 1.10 480 to swap in, haven't done it yet but I bet that change is going to be icing on the cake!!! Spool up is important to me, lag is the devil.

Unless something's wrong the 366 as a single won't be near as nice as twinned. I had the same thing....internally gated HTT366 with a 480 and that combination drove beautifully. Don't remember boost or exact times but it was in the 11's.
12.1 don't sound bad to me in 2wd in a truck I'm guessing has 7-9" of lift and sitting on 35s on 24s?
I agree with everyone else, turbochargers are not your issue. Have you checked for boost leaks? Are you holding rail? There are so many variables to check first.
I would make sure the gate on the high pressure turbo is functioning correctly and not blowing open when it should be shut, because if it is, you are trying to spool alot of turbo at once. If the gate is fine, look for boost leaks.
