LBZ: Twins for the lbz?

Ok my lbz is stock internally. I have 60 injectors with a 68mm cheetah. Was wondering what kit would be best suited for my truck. Not pulling anymore and was thinking of putting on twins this winter. I've got the normal mods, air dog and tranny. Just seeing what everybody thinks of all possible kits. Also rate the difficulty of installation as well thanks.

I think you will be happy with any kit out there just depends on what one you like the looks of and then price. I didn't install my twins so I can't say how bad it is or isn't.

Jonathan come on a 68mm cheetah isn't enough power he needs to add a 475 or 480 to that.

A 68 cheetah with enough fuel will bend rods just as easy as twins could...? I just don't really see the need for a stock motor that's all. Maybe if I had twins I'd think different.

You need to live on the edge. My motor ran best RIGHT before she blew and she had bent rods lol

I like to be different. Just would like to try something new. Had this setup for a couple years. Not really planning on pulling it anymore and I'd like to change it up a little. I'm more concerned about cracking a piston again. It would just be a fun street truck to show up some dodges and other dmaxes that think they have a bazillion hp because they got a tune in their truck.

Different truck. Selling the 01 lb7 because I bought a lly cclb to replace that one. The lbz was the puller. Bought a farm last year and have decided to not pull anymore. Just want a fun Dd.

I'm leaning toward epr trips but with cheetah epr or spd both support tuneing, also brydan and mark

What hp were you pushing when the piston cracked? It was quite a bit wasn't it.

Yeah that was with dual pumps and a hot tune for pulling. Not sure on power. Never dynoed it.

Bought a stock lbz motor and dropped in. Other motor is sitting on a pallet in the barn.
