Going to use 3" for the hot piping between turbos. The compressor piping between turbos is going to be 3.5" and the Downpipe will be 4". Is aluminized steel piping ok for all of it? What gauge should it all be so it doesn't melt or anything. Thanks BTW 06 LBZ with Stocker/S475

What about gauges for all the piping? How thick should it all be? And is aluminized steel ok to run for the hot piping?

16g should be used for the hot side. The rest can be 16g or 18g.

For an extra $30-$40 you can use 409 SS that is better suited to take the heat.

SS for all of it? Is 16G thick enough for the downpipe? Can it handle 1000* plus temps

409 for the hot crossover. MS is fine for everything else. If you want to build the other piping out of SS I would use 304...it can be polished to a nice shine:cool:

The downpipe could be 18g. Even if you wanted it to be thiker than 16g (there is no point) you would have a tough time finding anything other than sch10 pipe:baby:
