Well here we go again, after trying everything I could try i decides to pull the rt side injectors, I was getting high balance rates, It only took a couple hours to tear it down,
When I removed #3 the injector cup came out with the injector, I thought that odd, I guess I should pull the other 3 cup an reseal them? ( I didn't originally put the cups in someone else did.) any thought on this.
Tomorrow I'm going to take the injectors an have them tested, I'll let you guys know what I find out, an yes these are II injectors, I'm still haunted by the ghosts of past.

No locite on the cup that's what confusing me, should I remove the other 3 an reseal them?? what do u think Simon?

Must of been some or you would of had coolant issues

sometimes it's hard to see. The old loctite it's not useally visible on the cup but more so on the head

if you have a cup puller it wouldn't be bad idea to re do but then what about the other 4

Ok boys I have an update, I took the injectors to Diesel Injection in Louisville Ky, they clean the tips an flowed them, they checked good, they said they could''ve had some dirt in them an the machine pushed it out, they said they seen that before. I put them back in with new washers an oil rings, an did a compression test,
#7--397
#5--400
#3--402
#1--399
:happy2:

I'm running lease than the stock compression of 458 on the lb7, due to different piston extrusion an a grade C headgasket,
I'm going to finish putting it back together later tonite, the only thing else it can be if I"m still having a problem is the wiring harness or ECM???
