turn over but no start

My 99 gas truck was running while I was flushing the radiator. The truck just suddenly died and will turn over but no interest in starting! Truck has efi so I hooked up my v2 to see any codes, but it would not allow me to do the F8. I then tried to reflash the truck back to factory and it would not connect to the PCM.. The tuck was flashed with efi a couple years back and never touched since.... You think the PCM went bad?

Did you check all the fuses? Sounds like it could be a problem with the PCM.

NO, I haven't checked any fuses. I didn't know where to start, so thanks a lot Josh, I'll jump on it after work tomorrow.

I would start with ECM power fuses.

Thanks a lot for your help Josh. I opened the ecm box and began pulling fuses one by one. Found the ecm-b fuse blown! Replaced the fuse and truck fired right up!!! man its been down for a while and had me down, lol.
